Yes. We take on a limited number of Christmas Magic installations and holiday services each season, so we recommend reaching out early. If your preferred date is unavailable, we’ll let you know what other dates may work.

Send us an inquiry and tell us which service you’re interested in. We’ll personally follow up with availability and next steps. Your date is reserved once your proposal is accepted and your deposit is received.

Yes. Select every service you’re interested in on the inquiry form, and we’ll confirm what we can arrange together.

The service fee starts at $495 for a nursery or bedroom and covers design, sourcing and complete installation. It does not include any décor. The tree, lights, ornaments, stocking, letter from Santa and every other piece are purchased separately within a décor budget you approve. Playrooms and larger spaces are quoted based on size and scope.

Not at all. Tell us about your child, what they love and the space we’re decorating. We’ll develop the idea, source what’s needed and bring it all together.

Absolutely. We can work with pieces your family already loves, source everything new, or combine the two. The finished space should still feel like your home and your family.

Whenever possible, we install while your child is at school, daycare or otherwise away from home. Everything is finished before they return.

We pick up your gifts, photograph and inventory everything by recipient, then wrap, ribbon and tag each one. Your finished gifts are returned within 72 hours of pickup, sorted by recipient and ready for the tree.

Yes. With Send an Elf, we come to your home with the wrapping supplies and take care of everything there.

Yes. Tell us who is still on your list, a little about them and your budget. We can help source gift ideas, purchase approved selections and have them wrapped along with everything else.

Tree decorating is $250 per foot of tree. Materials are not included. We can decorate with ornaments and décor you already own, or source new materials within a budget you choose. Tree assembly and setup ($150, trees up to 9 feet) and professional lighting ($35 per foot) are available as add-ons.

No. We can create your table using the china, glassware, flatware, linens and décor you already own. If you’d like something new, we can also source linens, candles, greenery, place cards, centerpiece elements and seasonal décor within a budget you choose.

Tablescape styling starts at $250 for up to six guests using your own pieces. Larger gatherings are priced by guest count. Any new pieces we source for your table are purchased separately within the budget you approve.

Only if you want to. If you already have your books, we’ll pick them up, wrap, ribbon and number each one, and return the finished Advent to you. Or choose Build My Book Advent, and we’ll select and purchase the books for you, then wrap, number and deliver the entire collection.

Yes. Both our wrapped and fully curated Book Advents are available with 12 or 24 books, so you can choose what works best for your family.
